The 3.5mm audio cable is compatible with many devices. 3.5mm straight plug can't connect the trouble, 90 degree angle allows you to connect narrow space, it can solve a lot of troubles. The MAX stretching length of this coiled 3.5mm cable is about 5 feet. The Golden Plated Jack can be used to reduce signal loss, slow down plug oxidation and extend the service life. The 3.5mm extension cable is compatible with all universal 3.5mm plugs.
👤I have two cables that reverse the left and right channels. I have other similar coiled cables from the same manufacturer. I'm not sure if this is an error or the way these cables are designed.
👤The cable was fine, but it reversed my audio channels. I was trying to figure out what was happening. This is really weird. The design was bad. Returning.
👤I bought a 3.5mm jack audio cable to use on my monitor. I wanted it to be indoors. It's easy to dock my headphones when I plug them in. I would highly recommend this product, the audio cable coil is sturdy and well built.
👤The cable works fine, but stretching it to 4 feet will likely cause it to be unplugged. 2.5 feet of usable cable is what this is.
👤The idea behind getting this was to have a coiled audio cable extension that I could plug into without soldering my own headphones back together. If the audio is flipped, this is useless.
👤The extension has a small footprint on my desk.
👤I needed a short extension to keep the cord tensioned. Awesome, this did it.
👤It takes quite a bit of force to fully extend a 5ft cable, due to the tightness of the coil. The coil is about 6 inches when coiled up. Even after being stretched out, they stay as tight as the product picture.
J&D has a one-year limited warranty. Any device with a 3.5mm audio jack or AUX-in port is compatible. This cable has a gold-plated plug, high quality cover and step-down design. 3.5mm male to female three-channe stereo audio cable isoxygen-free. The materials are made of great industrial-grade materials. The coiled spring is designed to keep things neat and easy to take, and there is no excess cable to tangle.
👤I thought my headphones might be malfunctioning because the left and right channels were reversed. The problem was with this cable. The internal wiring reverses the left and right channels.
👤The left and right channels are swapped on the cable I received. If I get a working replacement cable, I will change my review. I'm going to cut the thing open and fix it myself, which will be less painful and time consuming than trying to ship it back for what it costs. This will change my opinion if I get a working cable.
👤The cable has bad shielding. I plugged it into my device and then the charging cord was plugged in. My speakers buzz as loud as a 100 pound mosquito because of this cable. There is a The plugs come out of the plastic housing at a cockeyed angle. If your audio plug isn't close to any power cables, sound is fine.
👤It seems to be a bit shorter than what they said. The connection is wired in a different way. The left and right stereos are reversed. Really stupid! Skip this one.
👤The audio extension cord exceeded my expectations. I plug my headset into it with it on my metal detector. There are headsets that aren't working due to stretched and broken cables. The 90 degree plug in is what I need for this application.
👤I needed a bit more of an extension for using my earphones while working. This product makes it easy to move within my area. It's worth every penny.
👤It's about 3 feet long. It's 5ft when completely uncoiled, but it won't stay like that. It's hard to tell where zombies are coming from because audio channels are swapped. If bass is too high, it will give a pop every now and then. I don't believe it's grounded.
The Headphone Extender is Female to Male. Heavy duty molded parts.
👤I bought two of the cables based on the reviews. I own several Hosa cables that seem to wear out after a few months. I'm using them with a pair of headphones. The first pair by Pig Hog worked well for about 6 months before the sound stopped on the one side. The first pair that I bought didn't work out. The female connection is very loose. I tried the headphones by themselves and also with an extension that worked well, so it's not a problem. I've grown tired of spending $10 and$15 for new cables that only last a few months. I'm going to buy a pair from Grado. It costs a bit but it will last a long time and have a good connection.
👤The female end is loose. I use it with my headphones. When I'm done, I hang them up with the headphone cable. The male plug from the headphones falls out of the female end of the extension cable. This is an annoyance to have to deal with. The access is restricted because it's a molded plug. I peered into the plug and saw the two blades that connected with the ring and tip, as I wrote this review. The tip of the male plug is narrow. I bent the blades. I was proud to insert and remove the male plug a few times to show my appreciation for the job I'd done. They don't seem to have the spring in them that they need for this use.
👤The cable and male plug are ok. There is a The female TRS jack is not very useful. All I could do was try to get the plugs to wiggle. Doesn't make firm connections. A crackling noise is created. There is a A lot of nope and never again. It's likely that you can work with a jack replaced with a Neutrik. There is a Lesson learned.
👤Initially, I didn't see that it was only a quarter inch on both ends. It was needed for watching a quiet TV in the living room. I was using other cables while sitting. There is a premium audio cable. The one that gave up the ghost was only working on one side. Miserable. The cable is working great after being slapped on the plug. Heavy duty cable. I would have liked the Zeskit to be more flexible. This one is bendable.
👤I had to have a long stretch from the Snake Hub to the PA System for Live vocals without any signal loss, hiss or feedback. We get loud and the singer has to be heard, so I need a reliable signal source from the studio all the way through to my headphones when I am laying down Drum Tracks. This was the first product I tried out. I was impressed. This cord doesn't produce signal loss, there's no feedback, and it's pure musical sound. Since this purchase, I have purchased many other Pig Hog products. They have exceeded my expectations. They are built to last, solid, and thus far standing the test of time.
The bend lifespan is 10000+. The nylon braid and zinc alloy case protect the cable from being scrathed and twisted when it is installed. A coiled tangle resistant cord extends the connection between your headphones or device and an auxiliary port by up to 18 feet. Share the audio from one 3.5mm input device to two 3.5mm output devices. 14INCH STEREO ADAPTER is 6.35mm. The male to 3.5mm stereo female plug allows you to connect to speakers. The audio kit improves the sound quality and length of your headphones or portable audio devices. The audio kit is included. 18 feet. 5mm extension cable for males and females. 5mm to 1/2” Plug, 3.5mm to dual 3.5mm (female and male) Y Adapter.
👤I'm pretty sure GE has been making this coil cable for over 40 years. I have owned this cable many times. I've lost it and misplace it too. I knew what I was getting when I used the GE coiled stereo extension cable. Some reviewers tried to bash it. I don't know why. Maybe there is a link to their own product. I can tell you this. The merger of the Thomson-Houston Electric Company and the Edison Electric Company in 1892 resulted in the birth of GE. Thomas Alva Edison founded the General Electric Light Company in the 19th century to market his products. There is some history here. It is not just a Chinese imitation, it has been delegated to China for mass production, like almost everything else. I used the coil cable kit to hook up my Grace SDAC and 02 Headphone stack amplifier to my Macbook Pro. Gave it a try. Pure bliss! There was no line interference. The separation on my headphones was excellent. They came alive like magic. Through the middles and highs, the bass tone was deep and accurate. This cable does what it is promised for ten bucks. It gives me the freedom to not have to worry about turning around or forgetting to put my headphones on again. No more fear of damaging my audio equipment ports or headphones! No more worries! Being able to connect to my Pioneer Elite VSX-LX503 is the best part. My recently upgraded 55 inch tv is also connected. No matter what the connections are, it all works. We are a strange group. They don't know what "critical listening" means. That is due to the work of "GE', founded in 1878.
👤I got this so I could listen to music while I was working and not have to worry about the length of my headphones plugged into my computer. The total length of the cord makes it sound great. There is no change to the sound quality. It's great for watching movies on my laptop without having to sit a foot or less from the screen, or having to use the audio Jack with my speaker and be concerned that it isn't fully charged.
👤The cable is not more than 18 feet long. The coiled portion of the cable is hard to stretch. The Astro A40 headset does not work with this cable. If you're interested in that, I didn't replace the entire Astro cable with this cable because I would have lost my muting capability. I needed it to be an extension. The Astro A40's are for gaming and have a built in microphone which may be the reason I am hearing an unforgiving amount of feedback when this cable is installed. This is not an extension cable for the Astro A40 headset.
👤It was difficult to find a fit for my earbuds. I don't like the idea of wireless frequencies around my head, so I needed a longer cord than most wired earbuds. I'm very happy with the way this worked. There is an option to split and share with another person. The product is very convenient to use. From 5 stars to 2. It worked well. I've replaced three sets of earbuds with this one. It makes everything sound like it's underwater. It was very needed and really a shame. I never stretched it too far, in fact barely. I needed that extra length. I have to fiddle with it or just go back to using the extension.
The audio will work if you use TRRS headphones with this extension cable. It doesn't work with the inline volume control on the headphones. A stereo male connection. One stereo female plug. For home audio devices that use a 1/2 inch connection. Your cable store warranty is limited.
👤I got a year out of it before it lost the right channel due to a faulty wire at the female end of the cable. It's not bad to get a year out of it for 8 bucks, but lately I've wanted my headphones to work properly, and that statement is of little solace. I'll keep it and solder on a new female end to use in another room, but I just bought a new cable to use in my main music listening room. There is a You can do better if you're a serious music or audio system enthusiast.
👤The cord is heavy. The cable wire has the same size and weight. There are solid connections. I heard it when I plugged my HP 25SPs into it. There was no wobble. I tested it with and without this extension. There was no difference in sound. Great product. There is a thing in the description that is not clear. The male and female end have this on. If you have a 3.5mm end on your headphones, you will need to change it.
👤It was almost exactly one year of very light usage. I know it costs less than $10, but it seems like a long time. I think most of the rave reviews are by people who have not had it long, because on arrival it looked and felt good. Only one channel will play after a year, because the female connection has gone out. It has been plugged in the entire time I've used it, so it's not like I wore it out plugging it in.
👤Good support is what I'm adding a couple stars for. Nathan Arendt from Your Cable Store looked up my order and sent me an email. He's willing to replace the cables with the higher quality ones. Very nice. There is a The new cable seems better than the old one. The product is more substantial than the original order. The cable is flexible. The cable has the same molded to it as before. The better quality will help reliability over time. We'll see. It was a good choice to replace the previous order with Your Cable Store. Thanks a lot. It lasted a few weeks more than the one year warranty. Three of the four cables we purchased have failed. The audio signal is let go of in one channel. It's not possible to tell if the problem is the wire inside the cable or the connector. This extension is unreliable. This isn't a reliable product.
👤It gets tangled too much. My headphones. My headphones were $400 and the wire that comes with them was 75, which caused them to tangle up and stop working.
👤The sound quality is good, but the build quality is not great. The wire is twisting inside of the housing. I have to spend more money to get a better cable. If they were run and not coiled back up again, they would work great.
👤The sound quality was good, but the material was not up to par. The first time I used my 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter, it got stuck in the cable. The cable came apart when it was being removed.
Rugged contacts made of nickel-plated are used for signal transfer. Enhanced signal clarity can be achieved with Oxygen-free Copper conductors. The Spiral Shield is used for effective EMI and RFI rejection.
👤Hosa products are usually great quality for the money. I was prepared to give this one five stars for both price and quality, but I can't. The sound quality is excellent, and the cable quality seems top notch, but I was disappointed in the female end, it makes a clean noise free connection, but it does not have the tight snap fit I was expecting from a Hosa product. It's not as snug as it should be and it's easy to pull the Audio Technica's jack out of the female end when pulling the cable out to longer lengths. The old radio shack has a tighter snap fit than the Hosa, and the old jack has never let go when being pulled around. I tried other jacks, but they didn't change anything. I don't like that the connection seems almost but not quite tight. This is my first disappointment with a Hosa product, I would send it back, but if I am wrong, it feels like the plug is broken, but I could be wrong. I guess I can win all of them.
👤The length is not straight. It is shorter than it says because of the coiling. The coiling is heavy, so it's a pain if you are running from farther away. I will go with one that isn't coiled in the future because of the quality.
👤The extension for my headset is great. Great connection and sounds.
👤It seems well constructed and works well. I bought a Radio Shack extension cord 20 years ago and it's still working, but the wire is thinner and stronger than it was.
👤Wrong item. My fault. I couldn't use it because I ordered the wrong thing.
👤Excellent cord for headphones. I needed a new one because my old one wouldn't stay connected inside the receiver jack.
👤Not a single issue was bought as a return. I got it for free. I don't understand how you can have any issues after reading some of the bad comments. When stretched out, it's 25 feet.
👤Tener un cable en espiral... I recuerda cables de los auriculares. Son ideales para conectar unos auriculares. There is a No debes dejarte, no son 7 metros en reposo, supongo, and no alcanzar. There is a 7 metros tienen un busca otra opcin. Mi son perfectos porque. quera tener el margen, pero te da la espiral, en un momento dado te mueves un poco. There is a Auriculares se te caigan de las orejas. Se salga el conector. There is a Son un "must have". No cmpralo. te arrepentirs.
👤No es posible q Amazon permita el engao de poner, el cable mide 7'6 metros. A lo bruto tienes a alcanzar 3 o 4 metros. No creo q ms, no sera, no una bicicleta. It is intolerable.
👤El cable est. No se escucha un canal, pero con embargo. As, he usado a diario, as, considero that la clavija debera is a mejor calidad.
👤De momento me dura, voy a darle mucho uso ya pondré una opinin mas adelante.
Stereo sound will not be provided on cell phones or other devices that require more than one ring, because this is a two ring adapter. The MAX stretched length was about 12 inch. The audio cable is OD 1.5mm. The plug is 90 degrees. A 3.5mm Jack pug is plated in golden. This coiled 3.5mm aux cable is used for car stereo, home stereo, phone, tablet, PC, CD, mp3 and other 3.5mm plug devices.
👤You will need both if you buy 2. Then purchase more.
👤Extra flexibility is given by the coiled cable. Useful for connecting an iPod to a large outdoor speaker or a pair of hearing protectors.
👤It's great to connect a portable CD Player to a car stereo. There is a There were no loose audio cables in the center console.
👤The product was terrible. The male jack wouldn't stay in the female. Did not fit right.
👤It is perfect. It is a quality audio cable. It's perfect for cable management.
👤It's not much to say. The wire is very thin. I was hoping for better. They are decent if they are not.
👤Small but gets the job done. Not for live sound performances.
Stereo Sound Extension Cable 3.5mm Male to Female. The cable is perfect to connect two devices with the same stereo jack. It is suitable for general audio applications. Up to 100 cm.
👤After the return window closed, one cord broke. The strain relief part of the male plug was not anchored to the cord. Don't buy.
👤I put a 40" 4K TV on the wall above my desk to use as a monitor. The TV has a 3.5 inch connector behind it. I needed something to extend it to where it's useful for headphones. The headphones didn't work after the hassle of getting it inserted.
👤The jumper is a toy. The wire is very small. The overall length is 14 inches.
👤I needed to extend my headphones. The sound quality is great for the price. Has held up well so far.
👤I received one incorrect cable and one correct cable through a shipping error. Within 3 hours, I received a response from Eachbid telling me to keep the incorrect payment as a gift for my troubles. The extension works great, but I think I'm going to look for a longer version as it really works like an old school phone cord. It was nice and tight. There is a The other cord looks good and I'm sure it will work when I need it. Excellent customer service and quality product.
👤It will not last very long, came apart at the plug just outside the window.
👤The best 3.5 cable is out there. It is very well constructed and has gold plated connections. If you have a device that has a headphone jack that is not in the back, this works fine, as others seem to bottom out and not make good connections, but not this one. If I could, I would give it six stars. Thank you Amazon for offering this cable.
👤I don't think this is the wire for you. It works for me because I need it to use about once a month.
👤It works. It makes the volume quieter when going to headphones. I have everything on max volume, but it's not loud. . You have to pull a lot to hold the coils in place.
It's perfect for headphones with 2- or 3-pole jack plugs. The 3.5mm audio extension cable is perfect for protecting the audio jack of your devices. The laptop or computer interface can be broken due to excessive plugging and unplugging. The right angle design of the headphone extension cord allows you to connect to tight spaces and hard to reach areas where a normal straight connection is unavailable. It's easy to get a better experience when playing games. The material has a 10000+ bend lifespan. The braided jacket and inner wire make the headphones extension cable soft and durable. The 3.5mm jack devices fit perfectly with the ultra slim gold- plated connector of this headphone extension cable. It's easy to connect with your phone or tablets. This aux extension cable can be used with iPod, iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire tablets,Samsung GALAXY smartphones and tablets, Microsoft Surface tablets, and mp3 players.
👤The cables look nice, small, and flexible. I plugged the male end into the female one. A little tight, but seems fine. When I tried to unhook them, the outer shell of the female end slid off exposing the wiring inside the connector. I plugged the male end into the female one. Same problem. The female jacket fell off. I haven't plugged them in yet, but they may still work. The build quality is very poor. These cables fall apart on their first use. There is an update. CableCreation was kind enough to send me a replacement pair. One of the two that were sent had the same problem as I did. The product is still problematic and I have bumped up the star because I appreciate the effort CableCreation made.
👤I bought 2 pairs that didn't work out. Sometimes the sound from the left or right external speakers would drop out, sometimes both left and right external speakers would do the same, and sometimes from the onboard computer speakers. The alert "Just plugged in an audio device" would flash repeatedly after I plugged in any one of the cables. I know how to diagnose component problems because I worked for 5 years as a refrigerator/air conditioner service tech. When I stopped using your cables, all the sound problems stopped. I bought another cable from another company and it works great. I don't care about money back. I threw the cables away. Your cables are the worst product I have ever purchased. I will not buy from your company again. If you want to stay in business, you need to get someone to fix your quality control. I have experience with it and it stinks! Quality control is important, and have a better day. Cheers! You are a mate!
👤There is an update. Be careful, buyer. The seller left a bogus link when I contacted them. How is one supposed to contact them for warranty if they don't have any contact information? The lifetime warranty is good until 30. The design seemed well made. It's like the 90 degree plug. The first one only lasted 45 days. We'll see how long the second one lasts. It's not a good deal at all.
👤I've had this cable for a while now, and I'm going to replace it soon. It had an issue with sound quality from the beginning. I use this cable to connect studio headphones to my audio interface, but you have to have the right cable to get a clear sound. If you move the cable in a way that makes the audio quieter, the audio will switch to one ear or something. I've tried multiple pairs of headphones, and it's definitely the cable, as none of the headphones have a problem when plugging in directly to the interface. The cable is long, that's one positive. I needed something to be able to wrap behind my computer without getting in the way, so I purchased that. The length is great, but I wouldn't recommend it.
The weight is light. The headphones are made of robust construction and are perfect for professional use. There are two types of stretch, one for the male and one for the female. AUX extension cords. You get reliable and crisp sound with a gold-plated connection. 10 feet (3 meters) long is the length of the spring audio cable. Headphone accessories compatible for Audio Technica ATH-M50x / ATH-M40x / ATH-M70x headsets, Car stereo, Android phone, Tablets and Laptops, Mp3 players, Computers, PS4 Controller and Xbox One. The screw-on converter is 6.35mm in diameter.
👤This is not compatible with ATH-M50XBT as it is too small at one end.
👤The coiled cable is not evenly coiled. I guess it could be worse. It's cheap plastic, but it doesn't have the same rubber layer on the 2.5mm jack as Audio Technica cables. There are no connection issues or audio quality issues. The locking mechanism on the 2.5mm jack seems to be a bit loose.
👤The cable doesn't screw in all the way on the end of the quarter inch one, but it plugs into my ATH-m50x. I only hear in my left ear. The original cable doesn't have the same problem. It's clear that the adapter is faulty. I tried using my spare adapters, but they didn't work as well as the ones included, and I had to use my original cable and roommate's. The cable is not usable.
👤I bought this because my coiled cable was starting to mess up. The coil on this replacement cable is so tight that it will either pull on the headphones or the jack and cause it to unplugged itself. If you want to gently heat it up, it could be fixed. You're wasting time when you could've just bought a long straight cable.
👤I can't find the description where it says one end is 1/6. This isn't usable to me now. Will be back.
👤It was delivered quickly and works well. Will buy again when necessary.
👤The ones that come with the ATH M50 cable work just as well as the ones that are shorter.
👤I switched the wire from the one I had to this one. Its muffled, staticy, and sounds like you only had a sub plugged in with no speakers. The money was wasted.
The grip treads help with plugging and unplugging. It is compatible with the HD598 / HD598 Cs, HD599 / HD569 / HD579 / HD558 / HD518 headsets. 3.5mm The TRRS male plug has the same lock as the original cable. Extension 4 feet to 12 feet (4 meters to 4 meters) is the length of the black spring audio cable. The plugs ensure a good sound. The screw-on adapter is 6.35mm.
👤I don't know what to expect with this product, so I'm going to start this review by saying that. I don't know why the shops name is 'LOL' or why they have mostly children's toys for sale. I was expecting nothing or a completely non-functional cable. I decided on this one despite what I said above because I am a huge fan of coil cables. The coiled cables are great for having a short, easy to manage cable while maintaining a longer length, and I use them when I play violin and wear the headset. The cable was undamaged and working despite my concerns. The rubber is soft. The coil is not tight or restricting and the cabling is not too thick. The lock works well and the sound quality was the same as my normal cable. I suggest anyone looking for a 598 replacement cable or one that is more friendly to play instruments to get this one.
👤The HD 4.40BT does not fit. How many different headphones are there? I had to shave the plastic off the plug in order to fit it. That's not true! There needs to be a universal fit for all phones. There is a The plug's body is 0.262" long. The phone that came with it was 0.228. The plug that is supposed to fit into your headphones has a 0.034" difference in its base. That's a big difference. It works now, after shaving 0.025" off the end of the plug. I mostly blame Sennheiser.
👤The smaller plug has the same twist-lock mechanism as my Yamaha headphones. Maybe this is an industry standard, but I am surprised. The cord was perfect for our new piano. I picked up a 6 foot cord for the Yamaha headphones that I didn't pick up from the piano. The first cord in our living room was messy and big, but in our living room it doesn't look bad.
👤Don't buy this for the products. The connection to the headphones is too large.
👤The quality of the cord and length was great, but the sound quality was less than others I've found around the same price. It sounded flat and lacked a mid tone range. I'll be keeping it as a backup in case my current cord breaks, but I don't plan on using it long term because of the poor sound quality.
👤It works great in my sennheiser. The coiled cord is compact but can stretch if needed.
👤Sound only comes out of the right ear for the MB 660 headphones.
👤The cable was the same as listed. I like the screw-on version. It's the same as the original Sennheiser unit. There is a A good score.
