Sony Technology produces high fidelity sound and booming bass with noise reduction, voice mode, volume control and auto tune. The 40mm drivers are durable, powerful and designed to be ideal for cinema. Your TV needs to either be left or right. If you need a headphone jack on the TV, you need to use the right output jacks.
👤The product did not work right. Only one ear piece is used for sound. I missed the return window when I gave it as a gift. I tried to resolve the problem with Sony, but they were not interested. I paid $100 for a set of earphones that only work one earphone, but I can get them for $20 anywhere. I did not get a $20 credit from Amazon. I wouldn't be back if this was a "brick and mortar" store. Don't buy gifts for people on Amazon. If they don't work right, you are stuck with a bad item.
👤The sound was clear when I brought it 2 1/2 months ago. Then the sound goes out and there is no sound at all. I tried to contact Sony, but it was still in the warranty period, so I couldn't talk to anyone. I received some of my money back from Amazon. I'm not sure why Amazon only gave me a partial credit. I will try to find out why I only got partial credit.
👤I like the convenience of wireless headphones. They fit and function well, but they pick up static and noise that is not supposed to be there when you are watching sports or movies. I would buy a better pair if I had tried them out first. It's very annoying for headphones of this expense. I have had cheaper headphones that were better than these.
👤The Sony Wireless Headset is worth a few extra dollars. It is well packaged. I have yet to run the batteries dead, but they have lasted for a few hours in marathon video sessions. Sound is excellent, turn the headset volume down to 2 or 3, and adjust the volume of your TV or stereo to get the best sound quality. It reaches everywhere in my apartment and even allowed me to listen while walking to the mailbox, about 50 yards away. It has a 3.5mm stereo lead and a few 3.5mm to RCA adapters in case they are needed. The transformer is supplied with a U.S. plug and the flat blades are plugged into the Euro style plug. The headphones are light and full coverage.
👤There's a small selection of good Radio Frequency headphones for home entertainment systems, but this over the ear feature is better than my RIF6 headphones, and seems to be a better build quality than my Sennheiser foam padded RF set. This is the best of the three. As I walk around my house, I can see the range on all three. It seems like a 10' range with no walls blocking the signal is better than bluetooth.
👤The range was not 150 feet because of the load bearing walls in my apartment which limit transmission to about 25 feet. I bought the headphones to listen to CNBC in the morning while I did the chores since my three blue tooth headsets dropped the signal about 20 feet away. The charging station died in a little over two months, so I'm out the money, and am back to using my old blue tooth devices.
In the box was the Headphone cable, Balanced-connection headphone cable and Uni-match Plug Adaptor. Hear the difference with massive 70mm HD drivers, enjoy full range sound up to 120Khz, and hear music at its best with Hi-Res Audio compatibility. The technology of connecting. A smooth sound at all frequencies with a Fibonacci-patterned grill and an all-metal Housing. A genuine leather headband, separated ground cable and silver-coated OFC were made in Japan.
👤I received a product from Amazon that was well packaged and did not damage the delivery box. The Sony box on the inside of the package was clean and well packed. The left ear cup fell off when I got the headphones out of the box. I was able to see the source of the problem after removing 2 tiny phillips head screws with a jeweler's screwdriver. The headband had a small clip that prevented the metal post from pulling through. The clip was installed correctly after I inspected it on the other side. There was no clip in the box or inside the headband. I immediately contacted Sony customer support to provide proof of purchase and pictures of the damage. I stated multiple times that the headphones were not broken and that I just needed a small clip. I told them I wanted to keep the headphones and repair them properly. Customer support told me that my storefront was approved for warranty. I had to wait for their technical team to look at it and figure out a solution. I had to wait until Monday to receive a final response to this ticket. I made a tiny clip out of metal and put it on my headphones, which worked perfectly. I mean, it's just a tiny piece of metal. Right? I'll get the perfect fit clip and install it on the headphones and they will work just fine! I told myself... I received a phone call from Sony customer support on Monday that the headphones would not be covered because they were not a manufacturers defect. I was told that I would have to go to Amazon. The cold human on the other side got me nowhere with the questions of just receiving a little clip. There was no sympathy from customer support in this call. The headphones are assembled in Japan by Sony Artificers. These are hand assembled. The clip was forgotten by whoever assembled this. It was a simple mistake and I don't dislike him/her. I make 450 mistakes a second so it's understandable that someone may have forgotten. The clip is held in by the pressure between the earcup and headband. It could fall out if the headphones are flat on a surface. The engineering design wants this to be loose so that the earcups don't fall off. The headband has an aluminum frame, so this clip cannot fall out if it is put in. They were putting this as damage on Amazon. I may have been born yesterday, but this clip is hidden behind a headband and inside a foam packed leather box, which is tightly crafted to hold the headphones in place, which then goes inside an Amazon shipping box. I would have to use a sledgehammer to damage the cargo on the inside of the box because the headphones are so well protected. All of the materials in the box had their original wrapping material and did not appear to have been tampered with, so it's not like someone opened this box to remove this clip for their own gain. I don't think they make enough of these headphones, since they don't have a known issue that I can find anywhere. I returned the product to Amazon because it was damaged. I was able to get official support from Sony after I bought through Amazon. If you buy from other places that aren't an official storefront, you don't get the "warranty", so they don't pick up the phone. At this point, I would have preferred that. I know that some of you will buy this product anyways, but the only way that these greedy corporations will learn is to speak with your wallet. Buy from someone who has compassion in their product from the beginning.
The quality of the ear pads is better than the stock ones. You can hear the difference with massive 70mm HD drivers, you can hear music at its best with Hi-Res Audio compatibility. A smooth sound at all frequencies with a Fibonacci-patterned grill and an all-metal Housing. A genuine leather headband, separated ground cable and silver-coated OFC.
👤I have been listening to my headphones for 6 weeks. Every listening session starts with a laugh as I hear how good they sound. Sony's decision to use their R&D prowess behind these headphones is commendable. The innovations that went into the design and build are only one of the many factors that make up my ears. Over the past 3 years, I've been through every audiophile headphone. I've purchased and sold many cans. I heard the Z1R for the first time and thought I had found the ultimate closed headphones in the MrSpeaker. I unloaded my Flow C's because I didn't use them anymore. My collection is now a pair of Senn. HD800S open headphones and my Sony Z1R closed headphones. The Z1R gets 80% of my listening sessions because they pair the best with the majority of my material. When I go to the coffee shop or office, the Z1R goes with me, even though I still grab my HD800S for tube listening at home. Even at low volume, the sound isolation is outstanding. You can pair these with the ZH1ES. Wow! I've listened to my collection of live recordings and am listening to background audio that I've never heard before. The soundstage delivered from the ZH1ES into the Z1R is something I have never heard before. The only thing I heard that was better than this combo was the Sennheiser Orpheus. When I heard the Sony combo at CanJam, I didn't think it sounded as good as it does now. These are very expensive compared to other choices. The Sony Z1R + ZH1ES combo was my reason for shelling out $4K. They became my one-ring to exceed everything else, once I got them. I have no desire to shop for anything else now that I have a reference system that is so satisfying, I sold off everything else. I've found my ideal setup in the Z1R, which can be used with my ZH1ES or WooWA8 when I'm at home, or as my desktop audio reference when I'm at work.
👤The quality is not what it used to be. Everything is not real. You want the headphones to last and not break apart. The leather is breaking apart after a year of use.
👤The Omega are the Alpha if the HD800S are the Alpha. I've heard the best closed back headphones. These are not for mastering. These headphones are the best for listening to. Treble is exactly where it needs to be. Not fatiguing but lively. The mid-bass and sub bass are both just right where they belong without being boomy. Powerful, deep, captivating. The headphones are slightly warm but they work for every genre of music. They are similar to the Audeze LCD-4 sound signature. The build quality is perfect. The most comfortable closed back headphones I have ever worn. Isolation is very good. There is a I've owned or extensively tested a number of headphones. The speakers Aeon Flow are closed. The speakers include: V-Moda M 100's, Crossfade,Shure 1540's, Pioneer SE-Monitor5 and Audeze. T5P It's too much to list. I would choose the Sony MDR-Z1R over any of them. These are the TOTL headphones you're looking for. There is a My current setup is closed back with balanced 2.5mm silver plated copper cable. HDS > Balanced 4pin-XLR It was the top spot for DX7.
It's very easy to put on. It's compatible with Sony G94NC, Sony NC6,B&O Betop and AKG-K403. The package includes 10 pairs. Earpud. High elasticity, durable, light-weight, soft and comfortable. It's good for Headphones' diameter.
👤They fit the H600 headset but are half the thickness of the originals. I was able to stretch two earpads over each earpiece and give them an overall thickness similar to the original earpads. There is a I give them 3 stars because they fit the earpiece and double up have the same thickness and comfort as the originals. There is a The original package and replacement package arrived with only 5 pairs instead of the advertised 10 pairs, so I am giving them just 1 star. I will not ask for a second replacement but I will suggest that Amazon pull the product until the vendor packages the correct amount or changes their ad.
👤I use the H340 headset daily for work and purchased these for it. The ear pads that were received were larger than the original pads that were installed on the headset, which was about 55mm. The ear pads seem to be more comfortable than the shredded ones I had. I still think these ear pads are a good deal, even if I end up buying more ear pads for an H340, I may try to find some closer to the original 50mm size.
👤I noticed the reviews about the wrong size after I ordered them. I tried to cancel the order, but couldn't. I was going to try to return them, but decided to check them first. The company may have listened to the previous customers, but they came in and fit my headset as advertised. They fit both my Plantronics and myMotorola 850 headsets. I'm happy with them.
👤I bought this product because it said it fit the H600. I ordered the USPS to deliver it to someone other than my mailbox. I had to call and get a refund. When I got the earpads, I was a bit disappointed that they were so thin, but I thought that I could afford to change them frequently and that I didn't care about the price. I couldn't get one to stay on because they were too small. I had to return them.
👤55mm is the size of the pads. They need to be stretched to cover 65mm of the originals. They are very thin and compressed. It's to be expected that they are generic. My suggestion is to get out the ruler and measure the originals before buying replacements instead of relying on the "fits model X" information on the product description.
👤The leatherette on mY headphones started to crack. I ordered ear piece covers and they covered the earphone ear pieces. Nice fit. I use a headset to do voice recoding, but I can't hear noise canceling. You get a set of ear covers. I don't know how long they will last because I got mine a month ago. I recommend them for what they do.
👤I received 19 pads instead of the 20 I received, and one of them was not packed flat. One of the pads was packed with crumpled up pairs of shoes. They were not the same shade and looked dirty. I threw the ones next to them away. I only got 7 pairs.
A genuine leather headband, separated ground cable and silver-coated OFC were made in Japan. The XBA series of earbuds are compatible with the MDR series. It's soft, safe and non-toxic. Sound isolating design reduces ambient noise. Amazon fast shipping. If you have any issues, you can get a replacement for free or a full refund.
👤You need to remember that the fit might be different for everyone. The Sony M size tip fit my left ear perfectly, but it was too big for my right ear, which made it hard to cancel noise. I'm very satisfied with the luckvan replacement tips. The noise canceling is just as good or even better in the M size.
👤The Sony earbuds have limitations. Even the small size ear tips are too big for me. This product works well in the size of XS. There are other limitations of Sony earbuds. You will have to manually switch to another device. They are large.
👤It is difficult to get onto the headphones. The correct size is comfortable. It's great to have noise cancellation.
👤It is par de grandes uno de medianos y uno de chicos. Los grandes me lastimaban, un par de medianos y un par de chicos, finalmente los chicos no vienen.
👤They push down the stem and the tube sticks out. There is no seal so noise comes through. They work when they are working. I'm on my second order.
👤If you plan on replacing the ear tips of your Sony earbuds, they work great.
👤It is very easy to put on my earphones.
A genuine leather headband, separated ground cable and silver-coated OFC. It is compatible with high-resolution audio. A wide range of frequencies. 70mm driver unit developed. The comfort and stability have been upgraded. The Balanced Standard plug is 4.4. In the box was the Headphone cable, Balanced-connection headphone cable and Uni-match Plug Adaptor.
👤The sound is good, it's easy to drive, and it's very comfortable. My main issues were 1) They leak a lot of sound when they are closed backs. Something to think about is not a huge deal. There are two more There wasn't a reliable way to replace the pads. You can replace the pads on the Z7 mark 1's and the Z1R's. The 1A series allows you to leave the ring. But on the Z7M2's? I don't know. There is a They don't twist off despite how it's done for the Z7 and Z1R. The rings don't seem to pop off. The b instruction manual was not checked. The pads are listed as a part, but there is no information on how to change them. I tried to find a video on audio forums. No luck. There is a I contacted Sony to find out how to replace the ear pads. I was told to contact United Radio. I contacted United Radio and they said the b pads wouldn't work under the warranty and they would have to swap them out for a new unit. What? There is a The Z7 and Z1R pads are user serviceable, and Sony decided to change that for the Z7M2 when it's based on those two models.
👤I have the best headphones I have ever owned. I have bought and reviewed many. There is a The mdr-z7m2 were my previous favorite headphones, they were lighter and portable than the sony mdr-1am2. The sound signsture is better on the Z7m2. The Z7m2 are more comfortable but heavier, and they have a good way to keep your ears in place. You forget you are wearing them. The 1am2s are loud and can work with cell phones, but the Z7m2 are quiet due to needing more power to drive them. The headphones are closed back. The hifiman sundara whoch is an open back headphone, but the z7m2 is more leak proof. Sony wants a neutral response. The bass, mids, and treble are all flat. A speaker will perform a certain way based on where it is located. One of the biggest on the market is the Z7m2 and it has a 70mm speaker. The highs are clear, the bass can thump, and the mids are warm. The hifiman sundara lack bass and are very bright. If you want to shake your head, you can add bass to the headphones. If you were so inclined, all 3 headphones can handle extra bass. Audio-technica and other cheap off brands lack bass and the speaker itself will make mechanical noise, so if you want bass in your headphones, go for the cheaper brands. They have no bass to begin with. The Sonys are so pleasurable to me. There are different types of users of headphones. "Audiophiles hate snobs and neutral reaponse." The people prefer smooth mids and bright ear shattering highs. I remember old people shaking a cane and saying "turn the darn bass down". The bass has a negative roll off below the center and the mids and highs are flat. Audio-technica, hifiman, etc. are like most sennheisers. There is a You have people who want purity. I can admit that I am a neutral snob. I want headphones to give me accurate representations of the music, how the person who created it wanted us to hear. Flat mids and flat highs are what this means. The line will be as flat as possible if you were to look at a graph of frequencies. The mold is broken and the HD800s end up in a catagory. Sony's lineup so far. I want to get my hands on the Z1r, but it will be a long time before I do. V shaped people. Heavy bass, flat mids, and harsh highs are what they want. The heavy bass needs harsh highs to overcome single speaker issues. A speaker can't produce accurate highs. It can't. The V shape is what it is. V shape headphones are rare. The highs roll off and are lacking when compared to the bass on a graph, which is above the neutral flat line. The V shape would fit some of the more expensive xtrabass. These headphones are great for bass heads. Similar to beats headphones by Dr. Dre. The mid lovers were next. There was no bass, no highs, but amazing mids. The vocalist. These people prefer heavy vocal music where the voice is the key feature, and they are very rare. Also those who like to listen to music. I don't have any examples of this because I don't have any that fit the bill. There is a Which one are you?
There was no tool needed. Zip up in place if you want to fit over the original headband. Don't remove the headband. Can be used to protect your headband. This product is compatible with Sony. Product dimensions are 5.11 x 3.1 inches (13 x 8 cm). There is a headband x 1 in the package.
👤This is a perfect fit and you won't notice. It leaves black marks on the headband areas when the headphones are folded in the case. The marks are permanent and cannot be removed without damaging the finish. It's unbelievable that they would release this as a protection.
👤I gave a rating based on the comfort and durability. The zip is not broken. But not the best. It's a good product and does what it was intended to do. If your head band is peeling or coming off, it's an inexpensive alternative. I bought it for a pair of Sony whch700n's. I wanted to add more padding to fit my head better. It didn't do what I wanted, but that's what it is. It's a good replacement for when I need it. It has a loose fit and is a tad bigger for my model.
👤It works perfectly for my Sony XM4's. They seem to fall too low, but this extra padding is what I need. I keep it on all the time.
👤It fits my Xm4 nicely, and when combined with the earpad sweat covers it protects my headphones from any sweat damage during my workouts.
👤It's like a pair of gloves. It was nice to protect that piece of syn leather.
👤It barely fits my headphones. It's hard to zip in a tight fit.
👤My old headphones look better now. It is a bit bigger.
👤I would have expected this to be better, for example, the model of my Sony headphones. There is a It is baggy, moves around, and not great to be honest. Maybe will go back for a refund.
👤I was very pleased with this gizmo, and I don't often write reviews. There was no easy way to fix the tear in the headband padding and the foam was falling out. This was a perfect fit and saved me from using tape or glue.
👤I noticed the dimensions and took a chance, the cover fits my AKG 550 perfectly, it could have been made for them. Very happy with the product.
👤They made the headband too thick to fit into the zip head, so I tried to put the headband on the headphones. The zip pull came off in my hands. A mistake!
All devices have an audio jack. The bass sound is good and the comfort is good. These are the headphones you've been looking for. 30mm drivers are used for rich, full frequencies. The on-ear design is lightweight and comfortable. The design is portable. A tangle-free, Y-type cord.
👤I bought the headphones to listen to music. I also own a phone from the same company. They work well for listening to music. I spent 4 hours in the hospital and found that the headphones were comfortable to wear and would drown out background noise. There is a The purchase of these is well worth it.
👤I bought my first pair of headphones at a Walgreens a day before a gig when my Bose died on me, and I'll never buy another one. These are amazing for the price. Great quality and cheap as dirt.
👤This is my second purchase of this product. I love the bass and output. I don't like theDurability of my first purchase. The left channel stopped working over a month and a half ago. I am careful with my gear. You are now mono with sound only in your right ear. I could try to do the warranty thing, but it wouldn't be worth the effort. If I get screwed again, I'll try it again, and a bad one star product review will follow both here on Amazon and on the Sony website.
👤I've been a sound man for 40 years and it's easy for me to recognize the sound quality of any audio product. I was looking for a set of headphones that were cheap and sounded normal. The bass is stressed by too many headphones. Any monitor should be neutral and the type of music should accentuate what the user likes. There is a The Sony set sounds great at this price point. It's clear and accurate. "break-in" is where it's used for a while before the true response settles in. The only downside to this model is that it doesn't get as loud with a given source because it has less audio output per watt. Highly recommended, but other than that. I think this will be my choice.
👤For whatever reason folding headphones have largely disappeared from the planet. I bought both of the reasonable choices on Amazon. The tradeoff between sound quality and portableness is what makes these SONYs different. The SONYs provide a good sound in addition to the treble and bass, which is more than can be said of the other pair. You can't just throw them in a bag and forget them until you need them, they are big and you can't just forget them. They feel a bit fragile. I'm not sure if I'll have to buy one of the protective cases. There is a If you want to travel with a pair of headphones that are good enough to listen to music and watch movies, then these are the headphones for you. I'm not sure if I'm willing to take the hit to space or carry on.
👤I went into the airport store and overpaid for my headphones because I forgot to bring them home, but I liked them. The sound quality was good for me. I'm not sure if those noise cancelling headphones are up to the standards. I don't want to spend that kind of money. It worked great for the trip when I got home. I went to Amazon and bought another pair and gave them to my two daughters to use while we are on the road and they seem to like them.
The 40mm drivers are durable, powerful and designed to be ideal for cinema. Your TV needs to either be left or right. If you need a headphone jack on the TV, you need to use the right output jacks. Replacement ear pads are made with high quality memory foam. It is comfortable and fits many headphones. The design has been designed for comfort and sound quality. Quality made ear pads are durable and long lasting. It's suitable for Audio Technica ATH-M50, Audio Technica Q701, Audio Technica DJ200, Takstar HI 2050 and Pro 80, Ultrasone HF 580, SH 1 Pro and HFI 780. T50, M-Audio Q40, and S500S. The quality of the ear pads is better than the stock ones.
👤COMFORT: I got these for comfort. Pleather gets sweaty. The best combination is these pleather earpads with velour surfaces. The holes on the interior seem to help it breathe better, as well as make them more soft for a better fit. The only concern I have is that they are itchy. I'll have to see if there are ways to circumvent this. There is a They squeeze a bit more on the head because they are thicker, but it doesn't feel right. The pressure points are gone. I can wear these with my glasses on, and I don't end up with a bad fit like with most headphones. These are made to angle the drivers. The angle may be redundant because the M50x headphones already have drivers. For comparison, I will be getting a normal pair. When I first bought the M50x headphones, I was worried that the bass was too loud and that it would overwhelm the vocals. The reviews by RTINGS confirmed this. Most brands like "beats" are legendary for failing because the bass should not take over by any means, which is where a good set of headphones should have smooth presence. I was worried about the sound of the ear pads. I didn't expect the bass to smooth out and the rest of the spectrum to come out in a more open, hi-fi sound. I got these headphones because it helped flatten the response. I can't go back to stock after I went back to the stock pads. Both for comfort and sound.
👤This was a great replacement for leather ear cuffs, but it was also great because I have the HyperX Flights, which are so shallow that the entire speaker is pressed against your ear, so very uncomfortable. The headphones were designed to be pressed up very close to your ear, but they still sound pretty dang, even though it did lower the sound quality a bit. good I would prefer the insane comfort to a bit of sound quality.
👤These were bought to replace my stock ear pads. The increased thickness makes my ears more comfortable, but it also makes the pressure on my ears less comfortable. The seal is worse than stock, allowing more sound to be heard. I'd rather have a dedicated open back headphones if I was in the mood for that, as the increased distance from my ears gives a slightly more open feeling sound.
👤The stock earpads came with the TR70's. They were junk. The sound was terrible. I got these because I didn't want to take a chance with more expensive ones, and I am very pleased with them. The sound is amazing. The sound of my headphones is amazing. I like to listen to music in the background, and I also like to listen to podcasts, which sound great with anything you throw at them! There is a The only thing I didn't like about these was that they hurt after an hour. I think that's me and my giant head. The thick pads that came with the headphones did the same thing. The standard size ones did not. I did not subtract any stars for this.
40 millimeter drivers and Neodymium magnets are used for sound. The closed ear design provides comfort. The gold plated plug ends in a 9.8 foot cord. It can be used for storage or travel. 10 to 20 kilohertz is the response time. These large headphones feature a secure closed ear design. The technology for connecting.
👤I've tried a lot of headphones and these sound the best to me. Generally flat sound is what I like. I want present but not overpowering bass and low bass, and I'm more concerned with clear mids and highs. There is a I've tried to include the following with my sound rating. YMMV. Subdued highs, some mid bass emphasis but not overpowering, is what Audio Technica ATH-M50X is. 6 Bose QC25 is a little weak on bass and weak on highs. It can be a little bassy at low volume. There are bright highs. The ANC is the best. Way too bassy. The Everest Elite 700 is much better than the 7 OPPO PM-3. 10 Sennheiser 202 is not good. It was cheap, too bassy, no highs. The 4 Sennheisers are well balanced. The M2 is close to perfect. The PXC-550 is a wireless noise cancelling device. These are excellent. Extra bass says it all for Sony. The Sony 7506 is called Perfection 10. The Sony 7506 are the closest to perfect that I've tried. They are not heavy on bass but can produce a good sound. The balance leans towards the highs. It was bright but not harsh. You end up hearing subtle sounds in the music that is missing with other headphones. Those who want more bass or don't like bright highs won't like these. This matches perfectly for my listening taste. There is a They are very comfortable. Many of the headphones are not comfortable. Ear cups that aren't big or deep are either tight band or thin band. These headphones are great. The biggest disadvantage is that these are wired, so it's easy to get caught on things. I was looking for a wireless accessory. I couldn't find one at a reasonable price that sounded as good as these. The closest was the Sennheiser PXC-550, but it was $400 and wireless wasn't worth an extra $30. There were times when I didn't want noise cancellation. Sony doesn't make a wireless headphones with this sound. There is a These are the cheapest headphones I've ever listened to. The prices for the headphones range from $20 to $450. Highly recommend the Sony 7506. If you enjoy this kind of sound signature.
👤I'm rating these five stars, but they have a big negative. They are studio quality headphones. They serve as earmuffs if you plan to wear them out and about. I wore them out in June and they were all good, but I was sweating out the top of my head and down my neck. The sound quality is not great for being out in the heat. These headphones never made that claim. They never claimed that they were an object with speech capability. Superb sound quality is what you want in a pair of headphones, and they can deliver that.
👤These headphones have been my go-to for years, especially in the radio and music industries. They sound great and their ear-pads make it impossible for a sound monitor to leak at loud volumes. Unless you step on them, a pair of 7506s will last a decade or so. The issue with these headphones is that they pinch the web between your thumb and forefinger while placing them on your head due to a surprisingly sharp joint that holds the earpieces to the headband. A simple fix is to wrap black electrical tape around the articulation, which really isn't needed to adjust their fit. If you walk into a major market radio station that supplies jocks and producers, you will probably see that the chief engineer has already taped the joint open. For my taste in pro audio, the sound and longevity of these headphones far outweighs the pinch potential, and, for the bucks, you can't get a better pro headphone.
If you want to watch a video while staying connected to your phone, switch between 2 devices. Wireless range is up to 30 feet. ANC gives a personalized, virtually soundproof experience. You can take hands-free calls with a built-in mic. A voice assistant. For voice access to music, information, and more, you can use your voice. With a simple touch, you can be activated. There is a quick attention mode. To turn down your music, cover the right ear cup. Personal noISE can be offered. The best noise cancellation is achieved by adjusting the ambient sound to your activity. Touch controls allow you to control music, volume and phone calls. Long battery life. Up to 30 hours of playtime is provided by a single charge.
👤I own about 30 headphones. I own the Bose QC35 II and the Bowers and Wilkins PX. I returned the Sony WH-1000x and the Sony MKI because they were not as good as I wanted them to be. The Bose QC 35 II were my headphones. I liked them for their comfort. The sound on the Bose can be described as lifeless. I decided to pull the plug on the Sony WH-MX1000M3 on the first day they were available on Amazon because I was always in search of something better. I was pleased to see that the case was similar to the Bose QC 35, a little bigger but shaped well enough to fit in my backpack. When I put the headphones on my head, I realized that they would be as comfortable as Bose. Good job Sony. After charging for a couple of hours, I put them on my phone and went to listen to my headphones. The previous Sony model's sound was not very clear and had a lack of soundstage and definition. The M3 sounded better than the previous Sony's and Bose, but the highs appeared to be subdued and overwhelmed by the bass. This was disappointing. There is a Sony has a phone app that allows for EQ. I download the app. Frustration. The app did not recognize the car. There is patience. I think Sony hasn't updated the app yet. I wait a day and see that the Sony app has been updated. I open and rush! It is now recognizing the MK3. I can play with it. On 400 Hz, it was -1. +2 on 2.5K and +4 on 16K. Play music and talk. I don't think these sound as good as most of my wired headphones, but for everyday-on-the-go-beat-them-up-with-ANC these are exciting. The Bose is destroyed. When the ANC is on, the sound of the Sony's is good, but when you apply one of the three ANC modes, the sound is not as good. After an hour of no ANC listening, my ears and the top of my head hurt. There is a Bose is a generation ahead of Sony in noise cancellation. I said it there. The Bose is the best ANC you can get, according to most reviewers. Bose has been shown by Sony that they are the new big boy. I did some A/B comparisons with both headphones and realized that the Sony does a great job of virtually eliminating all other sounds, including television voices and even other people, as my headphones do. This doesn't require messing with the settings in the app. Others have not had the same experience. I didn't expect it to cancel voices, but I must say that the Sony comes as close as I have ever heard. There is a If you want headphones with the best sound and active noise canceling, you should get these. They won't sound as good as wired closed back or open back headphones, but you can't always get what you want, nothing is perfect, and everybody is different. There is a I also used the Sony WH-1000XM3 during this period. The Bose QC 35 II is wired. The HD650 and 7KXX are wired. I experienced an issue with phone calls where people at the other end were hearing an echo of their voice. The problem occurred with all three phones when I tested the headphones. I replaced them through Amazon. The new pair does not have the issue. After some tests with phone calls, I think Sony needs to do some work on the call quality at the other end of the call. The Bose QC 35 is better in this regard. The sound processing that Sony has implemented is what makes the call quality good. Hopefully this will be improved in the future. The Bose handles the support for multipleBT sources better. This is not a big deal. I only use the Sony's for my phone, so I'm not constantly changing sources. A small price to get better ANC and musical sound.
