1. Pyle Rack Mount Studio Pre Amplifier

Pyle Rack Mount Studio Pre Amplifier

The component that was included were the mic Adaptor Usb Cable. TheRACK MOUNT COMPATIBLE: The audio pre-amplifier has a recording mode that saves audio via a port on the computer. Pack with hardware rack mounts for easy assembly. The built-in wireless music streaming receiver can be used for up to 25 feet with a digital display. It works with all of today's latest devices, including the likes of the iPad and the iPhone. There are two things: InPUT and OUTPUT. The receiver/preamp has two sets of inputs, a stereo system, and a wireless connection to your iPod and mp3 player. An antenna for better signal reception. The control center. A power switch, independent input source, bass, treble, mid, balance and master volume adjustment are included in the front panel button control center. Also, have a headphone jack, a flash drive, and a memory card reader. REMOTE CONTROL. A simple and user-friendly remote control is included with the PPRE70BT. It will allow you to quickly and efficiently access the functions of the receiver.

Brand: Pyle

👤The PPRE70BT is from Pyle. I bought this item to replace a more expensive one. What arrived was less than expected. A two star rating would be over-generous; as noisy as this is, it is useless for high fidelity. It's a power supply problem which could have been solved with less than a buck's worth of parts. It could have been useful, with the large number of inputs, including a tape loop and a few other things. When the first unit arrived, I did a quick sweep into the oscilloscope and the results were encouraging, with a two to three db rise at 20 hz, a 1 db dip at 20 khz and close tracking elsewhere. The master volume was set to output 1 watt and the tone and balance controls were centered. I connected it to the rest of the equipment and found the reason for the roughness to be hum and noise. It took some time to try and eliminate the noise by switches, cables, plugs, etc. It went for a replacement after no luck. I requested a refund when the second unit arrived. It was noisier than the first one. It would be foolish to recommend the purchase of any Pyle equipment.

👤The work around was for the teachers to hold a microphone to their phones, and the aux cables and lightning adaptors were "disappearing". I donated this to the school because I didn't have a lot of money to spend and I wanted to give the school a way to connect audio from their phones. There is a In the video, you can see that I walked to the end of the gym without any issues. I tied the two thumb drives to the rack with ambient music and upbeat music. It isn't a huge loss if those thumb drives walk away. They can always use the radio function if all else fails. There is a The bonus feature is that it has a 1/2 jack only. There is a It has been working for 3 months. I will keep this review updated.

👤I got this for my father to interface his powered monitors, electric piano, small Sony CD/DVD player, and little mp3 player. It seems to be an excellent unit after a month of use. I can't comment on that interface because we haven't gotten into its capacity to read the sticks. Since we don't really need it, we haven't checked out its bluetooth capability. The built in radio works well, the tone controls are very effective, the knobs feel very solid, and the audio device is well made. We had to carefully place the wire antenna to pick up one station, but it sounds great and I recommend this pre-amp for modern applications. It seems state of the art at this price. If you read the 1* review, I would suggest ignoring it. P.S. 10-23-18 The review considers price and it still appears to be an excellent value. P.S.S. 11-1-18 The tethering feature seems to work just fine.

2. BEHRINGER Power Amplifiers Silver Black HA8000V2

BEHRINGER Power Amplifiers Silver Black HA8000V2

The headphones amplifier system is used for stage and studio applications. Virtually all types of headphones have the highest sonic quality. There are 8 independent stereo high-power amplifier sections. Two stereo Main inputs for two independent mixes. Up to 8 individual stereo mixes are provided by 8 independent Direct inputs.

Brand: Behringer

👤The product is great for a good price. I bought this because I thought I would hear the input in the main if I put a direct input in the headphones. That's not the case. The main can only be heard on channels that don't have a direct input.

👤These units are great for budget wired in-ears. I use direct inputs on the back for my mixes. The signal will be unbalanced if you send it from your console/interface. If your equipment has less than 1/2 inch outputs, you could use dualTS to TRS. You can use a cable from the phone's outputs to make a PM1. You could use a standard extension cable, but it probably won't be as robust. I had a power supply fail on one of these units. The HA8000 V1 was the one. The model has been doing well for a year.

👤I use this to drive 7 pre-mix inputs for an In-Ear monitor system and couldn't be happier. The sound quality is great and it delivers enough amplification that we're no longer maxing out volume channels just to barely hear ourselves. If we expand, I can add another one of these channels. I don't know if it will last forever, but it's less expensive than other options and the sound quality is great.

👤I bought this because I needed to be able to turn off my monitors while recording vocal takes, everyone can plug their headphones in and hear the music, and it was very easy to install with my behringer interface.

👤The equipment arrived without proper packaging from the seller and without seals, only with a homemade tape which did not ensure that it was not used. The homemade tape was used for each internal item. When I tested the equipment, the volume knobs did not work well, it sounded good, but sometimes it didn't, and sometimes it did. When I increased the volume of the main output, I heard nothing and it affected my hearing, so I went to the doctor. They have not sent the new equipment yet.

👤When not connected to our snake, electrical interference results in a high pitch hum and 60hz hum in any port. The other cheap headphones are fine. Absolutely terrible. Don't buy. It is too late for me to return.

👤I wanted to combine and send out through multiple headphones and speakers, so I got this. You can only select one input per output using Mono inputs. I would give this 5 stars if I made a dumb mistake.

👤I have changed my opinion on this product. It was the most disgusting piece of equipment I owned. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt to Berhinger by removing the extension adapter from my power conversion. Viola! Problem solved! Very quiet. All mixes are very manageable. There is a This is a good choice if you need something to handle multiple mixes.

👤I bought this because of the headphone knob on my mixer that cuts out at the sweet spot in volume, but realized quickly that it has another great feature: Being able to switch between 2 sources instantly makes comparing a live recording to one that was recorded before super simple. The mono button works well too. The volume control goes loud very quickly, so it's not much to complain about. It would be deafening to have the level at the 12 oclock mark for more than a few minutes.

3. Avantree Aluminum Headphone Sennheiser Accessories

Avantree Aluminum Headphone Sennheiser Accessories

TRRS cable is included for phone connection and class compliant. The Photo Savings Deluxe accessory bundle is a convenient way to record. See the description. Simple and space saving are included. Their stylish design features a silicone top pad and solid steel construction to provide a stable foundation for your headphones and clear some space on your desk. STABLE & ANTI SLIP. Their headset hanger is compatible with major brands including Bose, Bose, and Audio-Technica, and is perfect for headsets measuring 4 cm at the headband and 25 cm tall.

Brand: Avantree

👤The Steel Series headset was the reason I purchased this stand. It comes with an elastic band that rests perfectly with the headstand, instead of just a curved headset. One of the issues I have with this product is that the rubber mat is locked in place when squeezed on both ends. There is a I have an opinion of the over all product. There is a Adhesion: There is a place mat which is inserted into the metal frame. See the pictures. I've moved my stand a few times, and it's come apart, making a mess. The metal frame needs to fit into the rubber place mat. It was good: 4/5. The product will stand on its own once you place the frame with the mat. The product does its job. There is a The material quality was graded at 4.5 out of 5. The product is two objects. The place mat is for cables. The thick plastic mat is not cheap. There is a Overall, 3. This is a good idea for a beginner stand. You get what you pay for, it's only 20.00$. This isn't the best on the market, but it works. If you want something that requires no assembling, you may not want this. It's the same thing. Silicone pad is not a base. It's kind of flimsy, can't stand on the ground. The price is fair for what you pay for.

👤It looks like it's cheap. I don't like the flimsy silicone base and headset rest that it has. The metal stand is the only sturdy part. If the base and headset rest parts were made of plastic, I would like this stand more. I don't think it's worth $25.00. I would not be upset if this had cost me less. I was contacted to offer another product at the same price. They want to see us happy and care about their customers. I bought a bamboo stand after returning the silicone stand. There is a

👤I was looking for a perfect stand for my headphones, and this is what I found. This one is perfect and there are flaws in it. It doesn't ruin the top padded part of the headphones, and has a convenient tray for cable. If your headphones are small, the size is perfect. As soon as I opened the first stand, I bought a second one. My headphones are on the stand. The stand should be able to hold bigger headphones because the headbands are not pushed all the way in.

👤It feels cheap, but it gets the job done. The metal arm/leg, bottom Silicone cup/base and top Silicone headphone rest are in 3 pieces. There is a The pieces are made of silicone. The arm is used to support the product. Some of the base sits on a surface that isn't perfect. It doesn't seem like it will fall over. What is the biggest reason I like this product? The Silicone headphone rest is long and wide and is made of Silicone. It will fit to the headband pretty well because it has some flex to it. It distributes the weight of the headphones across a large portion of the band, rather than a small square location. Many other headphone stands can leave an impression on the headband. The stand has a large area to support it. The HD 800 S headband has the same width as the support, so it doesn't sit inside the channel, but sits on top of the silicone. The only product I can find that won't harm the headband cushion over time is this one. I have no fear that my headphones would slip off. Even with the fully extended headband, my headphones have plenty of room at the bottom. If not for the simple, yet good design and material of the headphone support itself, this product would not get a 1 or 2 star rating.

4. ART TPS II Preamplifier System

ART TPS II Preamplifier System

Variable Valve Voicing input meter has been enhanced. ART Tube Technology automatically switches between mic and instrument. A wide frequency response. OPL Output Protection Limiter is enhanced.

Brand: Art

👤I read an interview with a guitar player and became interested in tube preamplifiers. His own can be heard on all the records. I liked that sound on the vocals and guitar. If you want a 2 channel model, it can be prohibitive to buy tube preamplifiers. I have used my akai interface's preamps for several years and then done the rest in the box with plugins. At first, this didn't matter to me, but as I got deeper into home recording, I wanted to improve the quality of my signal in order to make better mixes. Spending hours trying topolish a turd is worse than mixing. We have all been there and dealt with it. An overall better recording experience can be made by a preamplifier, which can make improvements from the beginning. I didn't want to pay $500 for something that I had never done before. The one I received has made a noticeable improvement to my mixes, even though it is an entry level preamplifier. It is an affordable model. If you want to make sure the mic you use suits your needs, you should take the time to test each setting on the TPS. It sounds great with a little eq and compression after being used on vocals. I use both channels when tracking a guitar. The most noticeable thing I have noticed is that the preamplifier makes listening to these things much more enjoyable. I have noticed that my tracks take more timed effects than before. I am interested in how it will sound on the overheads. This is an entry level product. I suggest it to people like myself who have never used outboard gear and are looking to expand their audio engineering knowledge. I will purchase a more professional preamplifier at a later time, but for now I am very pleased with this. Thank you!

👤It does a good job of warming the tone of the mic. If you use a bass or other electric instrument to mic your guitar, you're vcal. I bought it as a refurbished piece, but I had a problem with paper work that came with it, it was for a korg keyboard. If the seller wouldn't let me download the paper work, I'd like that. This piece is a good deal, we are not taliking about a 5,000 dollar pre amplifier, we are talking about an above average tube pre amplifier in this price range, so there you go.

👤I have a lot of things. Black Lion, Great River. This is a good deal. It has a little color. It's not loud. It was perfect for my rig.

👤Excellent pre amplifier! I like it. The sound is warm and easy to use.

👤There was no need for wall wort. Plugs into wall sockets.

👤I use the ART TPS II to add tube warmth to my home A/V system, which I also use in my hobby of digital audio restoration ofLPs and tapes. I can't recommend it because it looks cool and only takes up one RU in my rack. Quality control is lacking. One of the input LEDs was always on regardless of the input. One of the input LEDs was read much higher than the other. The preset on the V3 knobs limit the choices available. I couldn't find one that sounded right. I prefer the term tube "sweetness" to "warmth" since that describes what I'm looking for better. There is no switch to A/B the unit in or out of the system. There is a The seller was easy to deal with. A very nice customer service woman gave me free shipping back and a prompt refund after I called. I would recommend them very highly. There is a I bought the T1954 Tube Ultrafex from another place and it is a much better option for a hybrid tube preamp. The quality of the Behringer is better. It's very flexible, with an array of knobs to adjust parameters in both the high and low frequencies. The program is phase-shifted to align the bass with the other frequencies to correct delays during the recording process. It has an easy to use noise reduction sensitivity control and 3 LEDs which boost the highs without adding noise. It has a surround processor that creates an ambient signal and delays it based on the music. There is a The sound is startling. I've finally got that wonderful, smooth, sweet, clear sound of live music that only tubes can provide. For $10 less than the art. This is the second piece of gear that I own, and I still can't figure out how they make such high quality stuff at ridiculously low prices. I haven't mentioned how cool the T1954 looks, with big VU meters and two 12AX7A's behind the glass windows. Highly recommended.

5. Bluetooth Preamplifier Headphone Amplifier Audio

Bluetooth Preamplifier Headphone Amplifier Audio

Sidetone- Sidetone control allows you to change the sound of your voice in your headset. In to your friends. Douk Audio P1 Preamp has been acclaimed by countless audiophiles worldwide, now they upgrade 6J5 to JAN5654 / GE5654 tubes according to their feedback, the sound quality will be greatly improved. P1 can be used as a HiFi tube Preamp, ausb DAC or a headphone amplifier with HiFi clear, warm, dynamic, sweet tube sound, bringing extremely high-quality sound. There is a support for APTX-HD lossless transmission in the qCC3034). Matching well with many audio devices such as iPod, Phone, MP3 players, TV, Blu-ray players, and CD players, the PC-USB is compatible with Windows/Mac/Linux system. Brand: Douk Audio

👤This is based on my initial impressions of the item. I'm impressed. A great sounding amplifier. It was very well made. There were no complaints about the quality of construction. You don't know what you're going to get with this price range. There is a The bass and treble controls add to the P1's usefulness. I think they're analog. When they're set flat and then taken out of the signal path, I don't notice a change in sound quality. Having the ability to remove them completely is a plus. Even with the stock tubes, this sounds great. I have two things on hand for comparison. I've had a iFi Zen DAC as well. This little gem is better than all of them. It is more open and multidimensional. Better dynamics. It's just so sweet. There are tons of volume available. I like volume levels in real life. If you're on the fence about this, place the order. If you regret it, I will be shocked. I have done 2 tube upgrades since getting this. Riverstone Audio matched GE JAN 5654w and Voskhod Rocket 6J1P-EV/6ZH1P-EV matched pair from Tonal Tubes. You can detail out the a** with the Voskhods.

👤You say I could have fixed my PC audio problems for $100? Digital audio coming out of the PC is inferior to analog, I have always believed that. I know this is mostly a matter of taste, so that is what I like. I like the sound of R2R and Vinyl, it has a warmth and depth that fills the room. The sound coming from the PC was not as good as I had been led to believe. I was skeptical when I bought it, but I decided to take a risk. I've spent more than $100 on software and other products to try and get the sound of my music right. I was a big fan of Winamp on the PC, but then I discovered R2R and high quality vinyl, and I couldn't go back. I used Stereo Tool and MusicBee to get a decent sound out of my Alienware R17, which was equipped with NVIDIA. I couldn't get the sound of the ONKYO surround receiver to be as good as the one I was connected to. This is a little amplifier. A small box has a small amplifier, 2 bulbs, power cable and ausb cable. How much change can this make if you compare it to the ONKYO receiver? I set up the bulbs, plug them in, start MusicBee, and then select the right output. The sound that came out was amazing. The speakers and receive are the same. No software, no tweaking the sound, just stream to the preamplifier via theusb. This is the best investment I've ever made. Can't tell the difference between this and R2R. Get one of these immediately.

👤The sound quality is good, nothing perfect, but it has a little noise in the sound, but it's made by my computer sound card. The Bass and Treble control is very useful, it works perfectly, and the volume button works very well. I loved the design and it adorns my office. The power button has a light on it. It also has three switches for choose tubeLED color, tone, and input. When the amplifier is on, the two tubes don't heat up much. The gold plated 3.5mm headphone jack doesn't work well with my headset. There is a I tested all the input options and found that theUSB is better than theRCA, but I can't use the computer's built-in cable to connect theusb to my computer. I'm using the RCA cable, but I'll use theusb if possible. I didn't see a big difference in sound quality between the two, but the only way to get the cable to my computer was with energy and video cables.

6. ART MX821S Rackmount Line Mixer

ART MX821S Rackmount Line Mixer

Eight independent input channelsLevel and tone controls on each channelBalanced XLR and 1/4" unbalanced line inputs on each channel 48 Volt phantom power on XLR inputs with DIP switch for each channelBalanced TRS main output jack with master level controlRCA-type pre-fade output

Brand: Art

👤I got this mixer for my wireless rack because I don't need anything fancy in a private meeting where I use a few mics. This works well. I have everything pre-wired so I can just feed their amplifier.

👤This is an excellent stereo mixer for mixing IEM. I use this mixer to combine my guitar, microphone, and FOH into a stereo mix for my wireless IEMs. It's easy to set and operate, and there's plenty of headroom. I work!

👤The thing buzzed and hummed like crazy. I tried everything to get it to stop making it's own noise, but it kept making it's own noise. Nothing worked. I have owned other ART gear before, so I bought this because of my good experience with their stuff. Either this is an outlier or their line mixers are bad. I returned it for a refund. Cheap line mixers are cheap.

👤I use it with my acoustic band. We had too many inputs for the Stage Pass mixer with four vocalists, four acoustic instruments, and four direct boxes to the PA. This allows us to use the PA we have, and for a very small amount of money, easily plug everything in. It sounds great, does what we need, and makes setup easy. A problem-solver.

👤Works as advertised. Simple to use. Someone still makes a basic stereo mixer.

👤I enjoy the ART equipment. Simple and gets the job done.

7. Rockville PPA51 Pre Amplifier Bluetooth Interface

Rockville PPA51 Pre Amplifier Bluetooth Interface

Rockville PPA51 Preamp Pro 1U Rack Pre-Amplifier has a PC interface. The professional preamplifier has low noise and high sound quality. It has a long range and is reliable. You can record the master output to your DAW or play songs from your computer with the built in interface. The player was built in theusb format. The inputs are RCA. There is a RCA Phono Input. The combo jack has a front mic/line input. The inputs are mono or stereo. Stereo or mono outputs. The rack mount size is 1U. A built-in 3 band Equalizer. Balance adjustment between left and right. There is a choice of mono or stereo. There is no sound. A low cut filter. Headphone output for listening or monitoring. The bass and treble response are boosted by the Loudness compensation circuit. 100-240V worldwide power supply.

Brand: Rockville

👤It's easy to install the sound system. It works well.

8. LZSIG Professional Multi Channel Headphones Adapter LHA1

LZSIG Professional Multi Channel Headphones Adapter LHA1

The function details are 1 audio input, 4 ultra-low noise output channel headphones, and restore audio detail. It's suitable for 50mm driver headphones. The Stereo button is free to switch based on the input audio source. The prevent audio crosstalk circuit is very suitable for Audio and Headphone Splitter. The ground nut is used to set the GND in electronic products. The product has nuts to reduce interference noise. This product has a power source that is stable and has a safety and sound quality that is assured. They will pay you within 24 hours if you have any questions.

Brand: Lzsig

👤It seems to work well, no distortion and a good build quality, the cable and adapter seem solid. There is a The result: The metal construction makes the build feel very sturdy. The jacks fit cables and the knobs are solid. I prefer braided cords over theusb-c cable that comes with the device. The mono-stereo switch is the only thing that is loose, but it shouldn't happen often. I use a Schiit stack (Magni + Modi) and a pair of HD 6xx's for my setup. I plugged my HD 6xx's into the output jacks of the LZSIG amplifier and then ran a 3.5mm cable to the headphone level signal from the Magni. There is a Sound quality was good. There was no noticeable drop in quality when I compared the output to the raw output. The isolation seems to work when plugging in another pair of headphones or adjusting another pair's volume, as I noticed no interference when plugging in another pair of headphones. The audio quality was good when I used an Apple 3.5mm to USB-C adapter and the output from the OnePlus 7 pro was also good. There is a Convenience. The reason I chose this unit over others was because it used specific and specific power sources. I didn't want to use another type of cable for my devices since they are allusb-c. I've tried a lot of cables and theUSB-C port works well with them. It's portable since a wall outlet isn't required, and it works off of a battery bank's power. There is a Master volume control for the input to the device is nice. There is a The verdict was: The portable nature of this device makes it easier to use, and it is a solid device that gets the job done. If you're going to do some audio signal splitting, I would recommend buying one of these. There is a There is a tip. I used a cable from the Magni to the LZSIG that only caused one of the ears to receive a signal. The cable I was using was marked as stereo, but I saw that in the manual. Buying a new stereo cable from Amazon fixed the issue, so if you run into a similar problem, it might be your cable.

👤My wife and I use to watch the service after the kids go to bed. If you don't use the terminal, you'll get static, sometimes quite bad. If you're anything like me, you might have assumed that the device comes with a ground screw. It turns out that making sure audio equipment has a shared ground is important. It's not as bad with my wife's laptop, but it's annoying if I don't ground it. My laptop and the aux cord I use do not come with a ground screw terminal or separate ground lead. I think this is a very good product, but be aware that you will need a grounding solution to use it properly.

👤I was hesitant to make a purchase because I was waiting on the Behringer model. Went with this off brand one and had an issue at first. There is a small buzz. Plug the headphones into a power strip or wall outlet. That fixed it. There is a The sound quality is pretty good.

9. Behringer FBQ800 BEHRINGER MINIFBQ

Behringer FBQ800 BEHRINGER MINIFBQ

The graphic equalizer is ultra-compact. The new system instantly reveals critical frequencies and can be used as an audio analyzer. There is an additional Low-cut filter that removes unwanted frequencies. Accurate 6-segment LEDs and meters for level indication. Long-term reliability is achieved by high-quality illuminated switches.

Brand: Behringer

👤The BEHRINGER MINIFBQ FBQ800 was good enough to change some room background music, but nothing special. The appearance and feel are cheap. The sound quality did not suffer after a few months when some of the LEDs were not bright. After less than two years, the unit suffered a massive electronic failure. Even with no audio input, the output sound became a loud pink noise. Changing the input/output modes does nothing. The reviews should have been trusted by me. If you need a reliable equalizer, don't buy the BEHRINGER MINIFBQ.

👤I got this unit the same day I was going to review it, so I thought I'd give my initial reaction. I bought a low-end Onkyo receiver because I didn't need great sound in my small home office. I needed better quality than the Onkyo receiver could provide. I decided to add this equalizer to my system instead of returning the Onkyo and buying a different one. It was easy to do the trick. My bass/treble controls are simple, but I have 9 different bands of range to adjust to. A mediocre receiver got a new lease on life. I've heard of people saying that this is in a plastic case. It is a circuit board in a box. Lots of electronics are housed in plastic. It's not a big deal. It's only $70. If you want a heavy metal box and 30 bands of EQ, then you have to shell out money. This item is great for home use. You won't step on it if it's off the floor. Don't leave it on top of your amplifier or receiver. I didn't see another that had a ratio of price and features for my use when I was shopping for an EQ. I am using this in my home stereo system, not on the road to rock across America. It's a great addition.

👤I had to come back. The smallest I have seen. You feel it when you pull it out. It feels so. It is a light and cheap item. The light plastic case feels like it will break if it falls from my knees. I tried to connect my cables. It couldn't keep with them. It was so clumsy. There was no weight to hold it in place. Imagine! I thought I might use something. But no. I will regret it down the road. This won't last. How could they use this case? To save money? Not mentioning the sliders... Wow. Move them up and down with care. They are so loose they move right and left. Not recommended.

👤I have a small space and this is perfect for it. It has features and a range of adjustment. The problem I have with it is the hum that comes from it. The hum is gone if you take it out of the system and wire it to the amplifier. The hum is diminished but not removed when the 250 HZ is turned down. I don't understand why they used an AC wall wart to power it. That is the only problem I have. I would give it a 5 star rating if it didn't have the hum. Maybe it needs more protection than the plastic case. I received a new one from Amazon. It doesn't have the hum that lowered my rating. I changed it to 5 stars. Thanks to Amazon Prime for a fast and easy replacement policy.

10. Mackie HM 400 Headphone Amplifier Rackmount

Mackie HM 400 Headphone Amplifier Rackmount

L/R stereo inputs and outputs. There are 3 headphone outputs per channel. Balanced input on each channel to mix main and aux signal. Mode switches per channel. There are 12 total outputs.

Brand: Mackie

👤I never knew it was possible to dislike a headphone amplifier as much as I dislike this thing. There is a The good news first. It sounds good when it's working. There is a During a session, I discovered that my Headphone 1 mix has a bad channel. The singer could only hear one side of the phone. I switched over to mix 2 to complete the session after about 20 minutes of problems. There was more fun than that. I couldn't get the unit out of the rack. The thing is over the standard 1.75 inches. There are four round head screws that protrude from the bottom of the chassis, which is exactly 1.75 inches. I discovered that I had damaged the piece of gear below when I tried to remove it from the rack. There is a The bad channel popped on after I removed the chassis. Woohoo! I have used a lot of Mackie gear over the years and always liked it because it was always bullet proof. I haven't purchased any of their gear in a while. I fear that things have changed. This was a complete failure and I would like you to look elsewhere. Side note... The reviewer stated that the unit is not stereo because he only hears one side of his headphones. Looks like there are quality control issues.

👤I give this 5 stars because it's very well made with metal parts and everything, but the only thing that's bad is that my headphones are STEREO, so be careful. I can only listen to one side of my headphones.

👤It works great and it's great value. The signal was mono according to some reviews. That's not the case here. It's clear that Mackie wouldn't sell a mono amplifier. Go for it! It works well.

👤I would have liked to give this product a 5 star rating, but I am not able to. I received a bad product. The input jack isn't working right. I only get Mono sound if I push the 1/2 all the way in. I had to tie the two wires together. I threw away the packaging because I didn't want to return it. There is a This is a great product. I would have liked a working unit.

👤I play in a band that does local parties. Our singer wants to hear only keys but during the show he would get loud guitar, so we always had an issue with the speaker monitors. On top looping because of the speakers. We had the best show of the year with this. Many people have said that we bought our own earphones. We could clearly hear everyone, and we could control the level of sounds for each individual. I recommend this for bands that don't want to break their bank to solve what this solved for us.

👤Maybe my expectations were too high for this product. I've always been impressed with the price of Mackie. I've heard a lot of expensive speakers and studio monitors, but I think the Mackie Hr824 are the best I've ever heard. The headphones amplifier sounds terrible. I've tried several pairs of headphones and none of them sound good. The Dt770s sound more treble heavy than normal, lower impedance headphones have a hiss due to the high noise floor, and higher impedance headphones like the HD650 sound like those tinny earbuds they packed with the old ipods. The best sounding headphones I've used with it are from Mackie. These sound decent but don't sound as good as other Amps, including my phone's jack. There is a It's $30 and it will drive every headphone in my collection to a listenable level. It's a great product if you only care about controlling the volume of your headphones, and you want something to do that. It appears to be very durable and well built. It's useful in situations where sound quality isn't a big concern. If you want your headphones to sound good, look elsewhere.

11. Rolls RM82 Channel Line Mixer

Rolls RM82 Channel Line Mixer

A wide frequency response. OPL Output Protection Limiter is enhanced. The eight mic inputs may be internally jumpered to become an insert or a direct output. Tone controls (treble/bass cut) are part of the trim controls. Individually switchable phantom power. The pre master vol. is from the RCA Prefader. Recording, monitoring or cascading is what the output is for. A ninth unbalanced input is a cascading input.

Brand: Rolls

👤This product is not available. I swapped it out for a Shure mixer with transformer balanced inputs because I thought it was a perfect mixer for my application. A stronger signal is produced by the Shure. The Rolls are rated 5 stars. 48V phantom power on each input channel is switchable. I am singing two of them in the gym. Would buy again.

👤There are not many options for an 8 channel mixer in a 1U rack mount. This fit the bill for what I needed. It sounds fine at sound levels. There is a bit of hum and noise on the amplifier, but for most uses, you won't hear it. Don't expect it to sound like a $2500 mixer. I would buy the school auditorium again if the other options were close to this price.

👤Good product. Ours doesn't seem to last more than two years in the field. It may be better for in studio use.

👤Paying a high price for an object is a mark of perfectness in the recording business. Some of my more expensive units seem to work with this. I needed more pre-amp's for the project. The price was very low. Due to the silly rule, I had to give it 4stars rather than 5stars, which it deserved. Go figure!

👤I'm happy with the quality, at a reasonable price.

👤I'm leaving a review even though I didn't buy mine. People say the units are junk. Maybe they are. Maybe they aren't. I might have gotten the right one the first time. Transormers are the only way to remove noise from electronics. You can't eliminate noise completely if you only filter it. The only other way to convert the signal is to use an AD conversion. This thing is amazing. I use it to add inputs to my vehicle. The hybrid uses a combination of 1/2 analog I/O's. All noise free via transformers and AD conversion. It's double whammy! The line/mic levels for each channel on the front of the motu are given by this. It's beautiful. You can dial with extreme precision with the heavy and smooth potentiometers. The bass/ treble attenuation doesn't add bass or treble. The existing signal is removed. This will not affect your sound. There is a The ability to add phantom power for condenser mics to any channel you want at any time is my favorite feature of the price. Most AD converters allow you to do that in groups. My focusrite is really annoying to me. There is a If you need a 1U pure analog rack mixer, you've found it. Really!
