One male and two female mini plugs can be used to connect 2 mini-stereo speakers to your iPod.
👤These are excellent splitters that work just as they should. There was a negative review that said the female ends were too tight. I agree that they are tight, but I think that's a positive. The connection should be solid. I was able to remove the male ends from the female ends. The reason I purchased them is that they are easy to use with a phone in its case, and that is something I really like about them. I had to remove the phone from the case in order to insert the new one. That is not a problem with these. I am very happy with my purchase. I hope this review helped you. If you didn't find the review helpful, I would be interested in hearing why, so that I can make it more helpful to you and others. If you leave a comment on the review, suggesting how it would be more helpful, I promise to respond to your comment, and to try to incorporate your suggestion in my review, if it is possible for me to do so. I want to write reviews that help people, as I have been helped by the reviews others have written. Thanks!
👤The connecting cables to my speakers and the mp3 recorder were snug with the splitter cable. The sound quality to the speakers and recorder was very good. I've paid more and gotten less in the past.
👤The product that I received was bent on the male end and had to be replaced with a different product from the manufacturer. The size of the male end is supposed to be 3.5mm, but it was actually 3.7 when I measured it with the calipers, which caused the input jack on my new product to be destroyed. It must be a defect. I don't recommend buying this product during the period.
👤I have speakers in my apartment. The speakers I placed over my cabinets were powered by these splitters. I'm able to hear my audiobooks as I move around.
👤These are comfortable to listen to. When listening to courses on my laptop speaker, it was not loud enough. We can hear the audio better now that we have solved the problem. I have not tried them for anything else. A great price for two and a very useful product.
👤To control the volume with the tv remote, I needed to connect my head phones and sound bar. These are high quality. Did the trick. I am very happy! The date was promised.
👤I use these to listen to my desk student's speaking and listening programs so I can assist them without asking them to stop using their headsets. A very helpful tool in the classroom.
👤I use the to c9nnect vest for my oculus quest and I couldn't be happier with the build and performance.

👤The TRRS (3 black rings and 4 copper poles) and CTIA configuration is what makes this splitter compatible with compatible TRRS-CTIA devices. MillSO has provided a figure.
👤I was looking for a product that would allow me to use my Turtle Beach XBOX One headset with my PC and this product is exactly what I was looking for. I plugged the male end of the headset into the female end of the adapter and then plugged the two male ends into the microphone and speaker jacks on the back of the PC. I saved the money of having to buy another headset. The quality of the adapter is very good. Very pleased with the product!
👤I wanted to use my Apple headset with the audio recorder. It works with a few things. I noticed that some of the reviews said that it doesn't work with one headset or another, but I'm wondering if those people are aware that the microphone needs power from a battery compartment, phantom power or plug in power. There is a Plug in power is normally used for the Apple headset. Plug-in power can be provided by the Zoom H6. This is a requirement with any cable. I can hear my own voice from the headset mic, but I can't hear the sound from the zoom. Since the mic input is at the upper right on the X/Y capsule, this cable is a little bit shorter than ideal for the H6, which has the headphone jack near the bottom of the left side. One has to either run the cable under the recorder or over it. You can see what I mean by the attached photo. It's not a bad thing if you intend to use it for the same purpose, and even then, it's workable. There is a The audio quality is quite good when the headset is the only thing connected to the H6. It's better than one might think after hearing the same headset used for a phone call. I have some dedicated lav/lapel mics, but it is as good as this one. The Apple mic has some self-noise, similar to some sub $100 lavaliere mics, but there is no audible hum. 99 percent of the people listening would think it sounded great if one used a similar setup for any number of applications. There is some cross-talk between the headset and microphone. The feedback is caused by the mic gain and the headphone volume on the H6. There is a lot of gain going on when I do that. I can hear my own breath loudly, so the levels are way beyond normal. I don't think it's fair to blame the adapter because I have used the same headset with the same app on my phone, and it's possible to cause feedback. Most of the cross-talk/bleed-though/feedback with this particular headset happens within the headset itself. I would expect different results with other headsets. There is a Some have mentioned the shielding issue. If I connect my piano to the H6 at the same time as the headset, I will hear a hum. It's not a lot of hum, but it's there. The jack hums if I handle it on the cable. I can only assume that the recorder is exposed to the AC lines because there is no hum when the combo is not connected. If I connect the piano and my phone at the same time, it won't bother me at all. The H6 has self-powered microphones plugged into it. I have a theory that the mic line on the shell of the connector is where the shield should be, because the CTIA standard puts it there. The only way that one could effectively shield a CTIA is to use a secondary shield around the entire body. It's not too surprising that Apple didn't adopt the OMTP standard because they have always gone out of their way to buck industry standards. One can only wonder why others followed. There is a If I'm correct, all CTIA-based microphones are going to be prone to hum, which would be no fault of this adapter. MillSO could have come up with a way to provide shielding, but at the same time, it's not hard to imagine that they would just go with the standard, even though it may have a tragic flaw. Apple has abandoned their own standard in favor of Lightning, yet another proprietary standard, and now that the world has purchased untold millions of dollar worth of Lightning, they appear to be moving toward the new standard, which is bound to be the first time that Apple has ever adopted. If it weren't for the investment in Lightning, one would be happy. It won't speak to the needs of any serious audio production work, but it will muddy the waters for headset and headphones makers. I haven't given a complete answer as to the quality of this accessory. I will try to build my own at this time. I am wondering if we can do a better job with using off-the-shelf components, but my initial searches for shielded TRRS jacks did not turn up anything. I intend to use this for a while and see if the hum is a problem in a real-world recording. I think it may be okay, but I don't think any other adapter would be any better. Most of the sellers on Amazon aren't even willing to commit to the CTIA standard, let alone reveal any technical details like shielding, so while this adapter may be imperfect, it may also be as good as one can easily get.
The design is easy to carry around. It can't be used to split the audio output into two separate sets. Pure bare copper has the function of anti-corrosion, enhancing rigidity and improving signal performance. The flexible cable can be used for bending and unlimited bending. Excellent Customer Service: 3.5mm speaker microphone stereo and audio professional headset to PC Y cable. If there is a problem with the product, please contact them.
👤It's not much to say. The cable does what it says on the box. It is made of a soft plastic, but I assume it will not tear if I am careful with it.
👤It works well for hiding cables.

👤It is working well for 2 months so far. It'savier duty than most cables. The speakers on both headsets can be used as microphones to carry sound from one headset to the other. I didn't experience that with my headsets, but it could be possible with larger microphones on larger headsets. This side effect is unavoidable without a more complicated device. The impedance of both headsets will cause the volume to be a little lower. The sound quality is very good and I didn't see any changes in fidelity compared to directly connecting my headsets. There is a If your device has more than one headset connection, you may want to use those instead of a splitter because of the isolation and increased impedance. The description says it is a balanced audio cable because the ground wire is independent. That isn't the case. Not signaling over the shielding does not make the connection balanced. Two wires are needed for every signal. It would take 6 wires plus the ground to carry Left, Right, and Mic signals. They would be wound in a spiral for the length of the cable so that they would have the same exposure to interference. You would need audio equipment designed to handle those connections and subtract interference from each balanced pair, as well as a set of wires that expose all 7 wires' connections independently. There are some requirements, but they are the only ones. Instead of a cable with all the connections, separate 3-connection cables are used for each audio signal. It would be better to protect from crosstalk between audio channels if it were a single balanced audio cable. This inaccurate claim is not relevant to the buyers of this cable since it is not designed to connect to a balanced input/output. There is a This splitter is good at what it does, it provides a sturdy, simple, unbalanced headset or headphone split connection, possibly with superior shielding.
👤Audio clarity is not affected when I use the splitter or when two headsets are plugged into it at the same time. There was a slight decrease in volume when two headsets were plugged in. If you have volume control, the volume decrease is not a big issue. I'm very pleased with the quality of the audio. I only use this in my home with a portable bluray player, but the sound is great even with other devices and computers nearby.
👤It's as simple as possible. I used included ear buds and she used a comfortable headset to split the sound from our iPad to two different listening devices. The plugs are snug and have a satisfying click when properly inserted. We've only used them a few times, but so far I have no concerns about their quality. There is a The control button does not work on the ear buds, so you cannot change volume, skip or pause with it. It's probably a weakness of the Apple design. I don't know.
👤The Y-plug splitter that I had was cumbersome and static, so I used this as a way to split the output from my mic to my headphones and speakers. This gave me a more flexible solution that made it easier for me to work with. Good purchase.
The length of the headphones is 20 cm/7.87inch, which is small and lightweight for road trips and plane rides. There are important notes. The headphones can't be used with microphones. It doesn't work with the inline volume control on the headphones. Attach headphones or auxiliary cables with 5 AUX ports. The auxiliary cable is hard wired. The mixing and fade ins are controlled by standard controls. It works with any device with an AUX port. There are 6 eye catching color schemes.
👤I had purchased a 2-way splitter. I have 3 children and they always end up fighting when they watch a movie on a plane or in a car. I bought a 5-jack splitter to end the war. The 5-jack splitter works better than the 2-way one even though both of them are made by Belkin. I use the 2-way Belkin splitter because I hear statics and hum noise, but this 5-jack splitter works perfectly when plugged in. There is a My family has been using this 5-jack splitter for almost 4 years after I purchased this back in 2015. It's still going strong. I like the fact that it comes with an AUX cable as an added bonus and it seems more durable than the 2-way splitter. I use the AUX cable to play my music in my car or home speaker. Even if it's just two people, I highly recommend this product for private listening to music or watching a movie. Please vote so that it helps others as well. If you have any questions, you can leave a comment below.
👤Negative reviews are posted by people who don't understand that your phone can't power 5 headphones at the same time. This is because the device's weak signal from the jack is sending power to the mini speakers inside the headphones. As more speakers are powered, the power being sent from the jack will split evenly and supply less power to each speaker. For those who understand how this product works, it's great. It was built solidly and nothing was wrong with it. The connections are tight. They should add a picture explaining how volume loss with headphones will affect a cell phone or tablets. A lot of people can't grasp that idea.
👤Many people, including the sellers, haven't been clear on if you can have multiple inputs to one output, so there was a bit of confusion when purchasing this. You can fill up all the female jacks with input devices. If you want multiple devices to output to, this would be used. I have a PC, Intel NUC and a smart phone that are all connected to a stereo system. I don't notice a drop in clarity when using multiple inputs, but it would be more likely to get distortion with multiple signals at high volumes. I will not be using more than one at a time, so it acts as a hub for me. There are two things to remember when using this. Quality and cable length seem to make a difference. My PC has a better soundcard but it has to travel 8 feet on a cheaper 3.5mm cord, while my NUC has a low-end soundcard but uses a higher quality 3.5mm cord. If you have more than one device, one may take control of volumes. My phone will take over all the inputs and outputs. I'm pretty sure this has to do with the function of smart phones audio control, but I felt it should be noted. I was hoping that the Rockstar would work as I hoped it would.

Jacks are compatible with 3.5mm Stereo Earphones. It's possible to connect two headsets on one audio source, and enjoy your cell phone music with your friend.
👤The sound quality is excellent. My PC never saw the headset as a mic or headphones, never both. My headset wouldn't work with the pc because it didn't have any 4 channel aux ports. If this will work for you, you can find out about it below. I chose to use the back panel since it did work with the back panel colored pink input/ green output ports, even though the front panel mic input port did not work with this. If your ports are colored like this, it should work for you. If this will work for you, you need to double check your headset and pc/device, just count the rings on the plug, each ring is an "R" in the type. The headsets with two rings, "TRRS", will work with this adapter. Even though the input is hard to check, if it is colored it is almost always a TRS jack. If you're lucky, you'll find out your pc has a TRRS jack, so don't buy this adapter. Pink input and Green output worked for me. The output jacks should work just fine with the colored one. If an uncolored input doesn't work, you should be prepared to return if this is the case.
👤You'll need to push the headphones male into the jack to get the adapters to their ports, it's very hard to do. I didn't push all the way in due to the extreme resistance for the jack to lock, and my sound was failing, because I got tired of bad sound quality. I thought I broke something when I pushed the jack very hard. It turned out that it wasn't well connected, which was causing bad sound quality. It was great after it went all the way in.
👤The mic worked well. I wanted to use these with my Earpods for gaming. When it split the audio, it was very jany. Poor quality female and jack. It's not fun to use stereo headphones in a game that requires you to pay attention to audio cues and it's not fun to use mono headphones in a game that you enjoy listening to. There is a I told myself that the bad reviews were a sign that this was just a coincidence. There's only a 5% chance that I'd get a broken product because of the ratio of 1-star reviews to 4 and 5-star reviews. I'm buying another product from a more reliable source, and I don't know if that is a coincidence or not. Was a lot of money wasted in these trying times... Cheers.
👤The microphone split didn't work for me. I can still hear the audio on the headphones, but I can't use the microphone. I wanted them to work on the Boss headphones. I tried Apple Ear Pods and they didn't work, then I tried some Anker headphones and they didn't work for that either. I tried them on another computer and thought it was my computer. None of them worked. Disappointed and satisfied.
Ultra high quality audio can be provided by converting digital files to analog. The headset is made of a piece of metal. A single 3.5mm female jack is split into two 3.5mm male jacks. The mic wouldn't work for Apple original earphone and Beats headphones, so you have to connect a 4-position headset to your PC or computer. You can connect your newer headsets to a PC or laptop for use with VOIP applications, such as Skype or chat programs, such as Yahoo or Google Voice. Flexible and Durable The signal performance can be improved by golding. Flexible cable and case for portable bending. The strong braided exterior creates a durable design. It is the first time they have used fishing wire-kind materials for protection. Anti-slip grab design, crystal-like appearance, and gentle touch feel. KOOPAO is a professional splitter cable manufacturer. Every product they launch has undergone rigorous testing and is in line with US quality standards. 👤Excellent sound and high quality materials for the price. Don't put it into itself. I had too much to drink and decided to give it a try. I saw a bright flash of light and when I looked again, I realized that I had left my home in the north-eastern part of the country. I thought I had traveled back in time to the mid-fifties as well as the distance, but it turns out that the southern states are just like that. It took me almost a week to find someone who spoke English, and they agreed to drive me to Atlanta in exchange for my socks, where I was able to board a plane back home. Be careful!
👤If you want the solution to intermittent loss of headset and mic, you should go to the last X sentence. After several years, my old PC headset finally died, so I went to replace it and found that most of the new headsets had a different plug to accommodate smart phones. Yes, you can use a smart phone. You can't plug these headsets into older computers. I needed a product like this one that was reliable and cheap, and this one looked like it was the most reliable one. I plugged my new headset into this splitter and then plugged the splitter into my desktop as usual. It took me a long time to get this all to work. It took me several days to get my headset and mic to work. The problem was tracked down to the splitter. I ordered a new one from a different supplier because it was acting like a broken wire. I just left it in because this one started to work well before it arrived. I was having terrible audio issues when I was installing Linux on my PC, but it was in place for 3 or 4 months. The audio issues were fixed after a couple of hours, but the headset was not working again. I unplugged it from everything and plugged it all back together. The connection between the headset and the splitter was not completely seated, even though I used the usual amount of force to put them together. There was a small gap between the 2 pieces of the connection. I pushed them together harder and was rewarded with a click. The headset has been working perfectly. The other splitter I bought had the same issue as the one I did. If you use a splitter with these kinds of headsets, you need to push the headset into it until you hear a click. I hope this will help other people with this product. It's terrible that the supplier didn't mention this in the description, it would have saved me a lot of headaches.
👤I got a headset for my computer to work from home, and I wasn't happy with the adapter. I have a headset that works in my phone, but when I plug it into the computer, it makes cracking noises, and I was told it was hard to hear me. All problems went away when I switched it out for another brand.

👤The situation is that only the audio out works, not the audio in. It can't be detected by the desktop. I tried it on my roommate's desktop, but it failed again. -- Update line. Dec 12th There is a The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement, so I changed from 1star to 3stars. It still doesn't work. I can't give 5 stars. Dec 24 The seller sent me another one, but it still didn't work on my Alienware desktop. It worked on my roommate's desktop, but I realized it may be related to Alienware. I change to 5 stars since it works on my computer, and I appreciate the seller's kindness. Merry Christmas! There is a If you are an Alienware user, the splitter may not work on your desktop.
👤When I plugged in the cable, there was a loud static. After a lot of searching, I found an option that allowed you to turn up the sound of your mic, but it was at max volume. You are golden if you look for something that says +db and lowers it to 10. The cable is great. Unless your settings get in the way, it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
👤I am giving this item 5 stars because of the amazing customer service I received. There is a The communication and length of the customer service rep's journey to find a resolution was simply amazing. They offered to replace the item for free, but I refused because it was being used for a temporary solution. I don't think this item is faulty. I think there is a tolerance issue with the headset that did not work. They submitted a partial refund on my behalf after explaining this to the customer service rep. Customer service should be recognized. I wouldn't expect that level of communication from a $10 item. I am both thankful and appreciative that it did. This item works well for my headset. Customer service will make things right if the item doesn't work with your headset.
👤This is for my laptop, which has separate ports for headphones and mic. If you plan on using headphones that only have one headphone port, consider a product like this if you want to use a mic. There is a I have not experienced any problems with this product. The build is pretty solid with the metal parts and braided cable. I would probably not recommend excessive bending.
👤I bought this for my headset to split the audio and mic into two separate devices. It works perfectly, it's a Hyperx cloud 2 headset. I have a headset that I use to reach the back of my computer. Works well! Audio and mic are flawless.
👤The mic and speakers on the xbox one headset were not separated by the sound card in my PC. I picked this up and it works well. Able to use any type of headset with this setup. I won't have to replace it anytime soon.
The HP ProBook 450 G1 and the Thinkpad T400 have separate mic and audio ports. You can use your newer headsets to connect to a PC or laptop for use with VOIP applications such as Skype or chat programs. 3.5 MM Speaker and Headphone Splitter with Two Male Ports, One for Headphone Jack and the other for mic jack on your PC / laptop. The 3.5 MM Audio Y Splitter Cable with Oxygen-Free Copper is a great solution to have on hand in your laptop bag. Any PC computer laptop with 3.5 MM can be compatible. Jacks works with blackberry. The Droid 3.5MM Stereo Earphones are compatible with 3.5mm AUX ports. It's possible to connect two headsets on one audio source, and enjoy your cell phone music with your friend.
👤It does what it's intended for, you can use a phone headset, and it divides it into 2 separate inputs, so you can plug only the mic or speaker, so it gives you the option to leave the mic or headset totally unplugged. The female input for the 4-line headset splits it info into two separate outputs, and works for Stereo as well. It's fairly good quality, and the cables are visually nice with the detailed connections. I think it's a great buy and worth it.
👤Don't use this as a headset to mic or line out. My friends can hear my audio on my computer, and I verified that "Listen to this device" is not checked. I got a cheapusb headset DAC after returning it.
👤The splitters work, but they must be protected adequately. I tried to input 2 devices into my auto sound system. The whine was picked up by someone. I will return. It should work in other applications.
👤My laptop used to have split jacks for the mic and earphones. I don't need to have two headsets because I can use the same headset that my phone accepts.
👤It works to hear the stereo audio from the PC to the headphones, but a little disappointed they don't work for the microphone. It's not certain if this is a problem with the splitter cable or the headphones. Will be asking the vendor if they know.
👤I was expecting it to work, but it didn't, the MIC didn't work at all, and the earbuds only worked on the right side.
👤It works. I've experienced with cheaper/badly manufactured adapters that there is no noise or feedback, but the connection is secure and contacts are solid.
👤Good product. It was received as described and is being used right now. Thank you.

👤I have two pairs of turtle beach headsets for xbox one, xo3 and xo4 are the models, I wanted to use these for pc gaming and this headset splitter works perfectly. The braided fabric cord is long lasting and does not degrade audio or mic audio.
👤The 4-pole inputs on the front of most computers don't always work correctly. I've tried every headset I can find and they have worked on all of them. The key component is the 4-pole female jack, and it appears to be more standard that some of the computers I've tested. This tells me that the headset inputs on computers are not as standard as the adapter is. There is a The cable is short enough to not get in the way. It was perfect.
👤The Amazon has a great deal on this adapter and it is made with great quality materials. I live in a town that does not carry this item. I looked at it. Depending on which direction you travel, the other major towns are 1 1/2 hours away. There is a I am happy that the cord is braided. Braided cords seem to be better quality, don't come apart at the ends, and hold up better overall. There are a lot of cords to choose from, but I would choose this one for you.
👤I've had this for a year. The speakers are working. The issue is that other people can hear what other people are saying over voice chat. I'm doing voice chat and decide to open a second program. The other voice chat users get to hear my game at the same volume as the speakers in my head set. The headset I have is a single 3.5mm version of Koton Each G2000. On a Windows 10 desktop. I think it's a software issue since it only seems to happen when you're multi-tasking with multiple apps open and that's why I gave the adapter a 3-star rating. I don't think the manufacturer can do much to fix it, but if anyone has a good solution, please let me know.
👤If you're using Windows 10 and you're trying to use your Xbox One headset for your PC, do not buy this. If you're trying to talk to someone on the other end, the mic will be muffled so that you don't hear anything. The audio jacks on my computer don't go all the way into the audio ports.
👤I had purchased headphones with a microphone to use on my computer, but they only had one plug for both functions. My desktop required two inputs, one for the mike and one for the stereo headphones. I can now use my German Language lessons and listen and speak thanks to this adapter.
👤I have never had a headset that was reliable. I bought two of these to use with my phone, which has a two-part cord that can be split in the middle, the shorter version plugs into the longer, and the longer cable has two jacks for PC, the shorter a single combined headset jack. I find the longer cable unnecessary at the PC, and it's not a good idea to tangle yourself up in stupid things. That's where the little babies come in. The bottom half of the cord is replaced. They stay securely in the jack and offer great sound quality. I've tried other headsets before and they wear down, but these are the real deal.
